2.1 Product Information

We strive to display our jewelry products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. All jewelry pieces are handcrafted and may have slight variations from the images shown.

2.2 Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time prior to accepting an order. Price quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

2.3 Custom Orders

Custom jewelry orders require a deposit and are subject to specific terms regarding modifications, cancellations, and delivery timelines. Custom pieces are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3.1 Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is required in full before shipment of ready-to-ship items
• Custom orders require a 50% deposit with balance due before shipment
• We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and certified checks
• All transactions are processed in US Dollars

3.3 Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added to orders shipped to states where we have a tax obligation. Tax rates are determined by the shipping address and applicable state and local laws.

4.1 Shipping Methods

We ship via insured, signature-required methods only. All shipments are fully insured for their declared value. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

4.2 Delivery Times

• Ready-to-ship items: 1-3 business days
• Made-to-order items: 2-4 weeks
• Custom designs: 4-8 weeks
• Special orders: 6-12 weeks

4.3 International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries. Customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees. We are not responsible for packages held or returned by customs.

5.1 Return Policy

Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in original condition with all original packaging and documentation.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-designed jewelry
• Engraved items
• Pierced earrings (for health reasons)
• Items damaged by customer
• Items returned without original packaging

5.3 Return Process

Contact us to initiate a return and receive return authorization. Items must be shipped back via insured, signature-required method. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

6.1 Manufacturing Warranty

We warrant our jewelry against manufacturing defects for one year from date of purchase. This warranty covers workmanship issues but does not cover normal wear, damage from misuse, or loss of stones due to excessive wear.

6.2 Diamond and Gemstone Authenticity

All diamonds and gemstones are guaranteed to be authentic and as described. GIA or other certified diamonds come with original certificates.

6.3 Warranty Limitations

Warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear, scratches on metal surfaces, re-sizing, damage from chemicals or extreme temperatures, or loss/damage due to negligence.

Our jewelry designs are proprietary and protected by intellectual property rights. Reproduction or copying of our designs without permission is strictly prohibited.
